I had same issue since friday. I am all stock. Yesterday after snow storm, my car got stuck on off ramp, and I could not call for help. What scared me, if had to call 911.I am thinking of switching to Windows/Iphone now, atleast they work.
Hi all ,today morning in updated HTC service pack ,after that I started experiencing the issues like no call,no sound which are narrated in this thread !! I'm on viperone 7.0.1 ,so I reverted back the HTC service pack to earlier version & reboot ,the issue didn't go.! Than I did wipe& restored backup file ,everything normal,no issues !! I have latest Google store, play services & other Google apps running without any issues !!
So my question is the real culprit is HTC service pack or Google play services ??
The issue is not rom related.Users who do not know very well where there are reasons not to publish it as a solution to the Viperone update. The most important thing to talk on the phone a phone but can not make it this ROM.
Nope, that's not the trick. Has this version 2 days and the no sound problem comes back. Now I am using Disable Service app and in the Google Play Services I deactivate the CheckinService. 4 hours now with sound when calling. ?My m7 (ViperOne 7.0.1) phone silence problem was just fixed with Google Play services 6.5.96 and a reboot.
As a new user I can't post a link, but the file is at: Apkmirror dot com -> google -> google play services -> Dec 10
Google Play services 6.5.96 (1630522-038)
Thanks. Interestingly those were already unselected when I downloaded and installed DisableService. I'll use it if the problem comes back and they are set, though.View attachment 3060906
Do I need an older version of google play services or play store or sth or "I'm good to go?"
And thank you very much![]()
