Cannot totally debrand until s-off is achieved....flashing a euro rom will get rid of whatever carrier software is on your device but until s-off cannot change cid/mid

I am S-off One M8 originally UK EE
Have removed simlock with a customised Config.dat
How can I get to Stock European HTC
As I want to use Sky go etc
I am still on Firmware 1.12 should I update to 1.54?
Will installing the new Rom do this anyway?

I got 1.54.401.10 (After 2 software updates). If you could just tell me how I make a proper system dump and get it here then I will gladly make one and post it here / send it to LlabTooFer. I bought my phone in a Dutch physical store and I have CID HTC_E11. (Not branded) I checked this with the CID Getter app from the Play Store.

If a system dump requires root, then never mind it. I don't want to root/unlock/s-off it already. (I got the device since this afternoon)
