Required:
- Flashtool in the latest version from: http://flashtool.net
- DualRecovery by NUT as installer.zip: http://nut.xperia-files.com (Download the correct one for your device and at least version 2.8.1+!)
- Root on 23.0.A.2.93 (Download) for example with this method: http://xdaforums.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/giefroot-rooting-tool-cve-2014-4322-t3011598

Featurelist:
- SuperSU integrated
- DualRecovery by NUT integrated (2.8.1)

Can be used on locked and unlocked bootloader.

Firmware Files:
D6603, D6653
- Flashable.zip's and FTF files in folders - sorted by devices

The Flashable.zip i've created with the mighty tool PRFCreator by zxz0O0.

Installation/Update (short) guide:

0. Downgrade to the firmware 23.0.A.2.93 and root it (with giefroot)
0.1. Install the LockedDualRecovery by NUT with the installer.zip (install.bat)

1. Put the downloaded update file (ROM.zip) on your device. I recommend you to put it directly on the device.
2. Boot into the recovery (While rebooting -> when the info LED flashs -> press shortly the VOL button for the Recovery you prefer)
(On Recovery you may create a twrp/cwm backup of your device if you get any issues on updating process!)
3. Flash the ROM update file (.zip) with "install zip".
4. Wipe cache and dalvik cache (perhaps under advanced).
5. Reboot to system.

You may have to wait some minutes on the first boot because of initializing system for first time (optimizing apps etc.).

What to do if you get permission errors? (While installing for example the Recovery)

Untill NUT updates his DualRecovery you should fix permissions with ADB with the following commands:
(tested with command line from the giefroot_V...\files\ directory -> shift + right mouse -> open cmd "here")
Either you could try the modified DualRecovery (installer) by NUT (modified by monx): http://d-h.st/iM9p
Code:
adb push systemrw.sh /data/local/tmp
adb push modulecrcpatch /data/local/tmp
adb push wp_mod.ko /data/local/tmp
adb shell
chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/systemrw.sh
chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/modulecrcpatch
chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/wp_mod.ko
su
cd /data/local/tmp
./systemrw.sh

Special Thanks to:
[NUT] (DualRecovery and his efforts!)
zxz0O0 (giefroot rooting tool, PRFCreator and his efforts!)

I have to check this 'issue' when I get back home today at the evening.

Perhaps I've confused something cause of releasing Z3 and Z3C flashable.zip at the same time.

I refreshed the download link right now but it seems that nothing has changed so far.

You can check my folder on http://mega.leetbox.net until I will inspect the files.

Sorry for the confusion.

Kind regards
Meet

What is the difference between Generic DE and generic world/uk ?

There are only little differences like some preinstalled apps and maybe how the connection shows up (4G/LTE).
Basically all customizations are quite equal and you can flash them vice versa on every device (correct model number ;)) independently which one was preinstalled.

It seems like TWRP is not working, but CWM is working allright. Haven't found any more issues yet.

As you can see on my MEGA folder i've just made (till now) the files for D6603 devices.

You will end in a bootloop if you try to flash the published files.

You're wrong bro. You can flash D6603 onto D6653 and not getting bootloop. They are basically the same device but just different LTE bands. D6603 have all of the bands while D6653 only contain those in mostly Asia. I personally tried flashing SlipROM on my phone before and it work just like normal.

Does this mean if we flash D6603 firmware on to the D6653, we'll be able to use AWS bands on the D6653? (Stock D6603 is AWS capable right...?)

If anyone have problem with dual recovery installation, maybe have to install BusyBox from Google Play. From some reason, my phone was rooted with success, however without busybox, i had to manual install it from Google Play.

Guys, after flashing .77 FW from Recovery, there`s no need to flash FTF again with excluding SYSTEM ? Just flash the zip and that`s all, right ?

Nope! If D6653 doesn't support AWS bands, it can't use that AWS bands from D6603. Like I said, the specs are the same except the RIL bands. D6603 is the international version. Hence it support more bands while D6653 is build for Asia region bands. Hence the bands only stay within Asia.

    Thanks buddy
    I await your link !
    Your process worked ???

It works, I can mount RW using Root Explorer and create files/folders in any directory. I can also titanium backup etc.
I can't see anything wrong with the root so far.
It doesn't flash over data, so all your apps and setup etc will remain.

    Anyway here it is:

D6633 pre rooted flashable zip uploaded on mega

I'm happy for this to go in the first post for everyone to find it easier.

    EDIT:
Some of the posts after this speak of unmountable RW using my zip. To fix this use this flashable zip AFTER flashing my zip above.

A noob question: Can i flash on my Taiwan Z3 (D6653)? thanks

As you can see on my MEGA folder i've just made (till now) the files for D6603 devices.

You will end in a bootloop if you try to flash the published files.

Does anyone else get "the process com.android.phone has stopped" every now & then when receiving calls?

Any idea how to fix it?

    Cheers

Unfreeze "Xperia Home" if you're using another launcher.
