I ordered the soul black case from amazon here in US and i am hoping it will fit my nexus gsm with 2000 extended battery
How's this?? can someone post comparison pics? I'm not quite sure about the materials on the Ultra Hybrid. I'm just color based, as i really don't dig the Ultra Hybrid color combos... at least on the advertised photos?
Who else agree with Milk??
I caved and bought the Neo Hybrid for my LTE w/ Extended battery.
I got it to fit 95% perfect by removing the back. Then taking only the silicon and stretching it carefully over the phone then putting the plastic trim around it. yes it fits.
Problems w/ the LTE + Extended Battery - back cover:
- The top sometimes slips and doesn't fully cover the lip. I just move it back hoping in time it will fix itself
- The case presses the volume down button when you apply pressure the the left side of the case. I think I can fix that with a dremel easily
did you remove your back cover? If you take the hard shell apart from the silicon then apply the silicon first getting it perfect THEN apply the hard shell. you should be able to get it to look perfect.I also have the lte extended battery, I notice the pull back at the top, but buttons work well for me. I do notice a little pull back on the sides and a bit of "creaking" occasionally. I'm hoping they go away over time. The ultra hybrid looks like it's more like a one piece which I would like, but doesn't look like it would work with the lte version.

There is only ONE way to fix the volume problem on the LTE devices. The volume rocker is about 3mm lower on the LTE vs the GSM version. The only solution to this problem is to take sand paper or a dremel and make it a little longer by shaving the bottom end of the volume rocker opening.I recently received the Soul Black case for the Verizon LTE version with an extended battery. It doesn't fit as everyone else explained. The volume buttons are always activated if the case is stretched to fit.
I have found that the case fits perfectly when the back door is removed, however I'm a little worried that dust will get into the casing near the camera (since it is completely exposed) if you take off the back cover.
The sgp neo hybrid does have the same problem like in galaxy s2? I mean after one or two mothes getting suggy cause of the temprature? I had the neo hybrid in my s2 and after one and a half month the case lost the strech and became suggy. Now i have the nexus and i'm thinking if it's going to be the same. Do you think the ultra hybrid maybe is better?

had my relatives send me them from Hong Kong.
Its a dry application.
Can you please upload photos? I am really excited, just ordered one today, but it would take 2-3 weeks before I can get my hands on it =) tia
I'm not sure if anybody has answered this yet, but the rubber from the case sits slightly higher than the camera, so when you lay it on a table the camera won't be touching the surface. The same applies for the front of the case - there's a slightly raised edge around the glass that stops the screen from touching a flat surface when placed face-down.Can you also check to see if the back camera touches the surface when it is laid screen-up on a table?
