Who cares. The next update will be released when Google feels it's ready. Everyone's phone still works perfectly fine with 4.0.2.

Yea it works but not as good as it could, battery has been poor lately, wi-fi/3g/gps signal is low compared to other phones I have (same network/wifi/area) we are a api level behind the official release of ICS (4.0.3) and the last update was December. Now I believe it will be ready when its ready and with fewer bugs but there is a point where it takes the p*ss.

Maybe everybody's but mine. Mine still suffers from low signal/data drops and the horrendous loss of outbound audio bug, which is unacceptable for any phone. I just hope a software update fixes it, as I really like the phone...when it works.

I have no issues beyond the standard "It's a smartphone, it'll crash once in a while." that's happened even with my first Palm Treo smartphone .. those Treos and Windows Mobile disasters crashed several times a day even. My Galaxy Nexus has blown up maybe 3 times in the last 30 days. Not bad.

This is the finest phone I have ever owned and it runs like a champ.

My phone is the GSM one.

edit: Also I'm not itching for some update. Everything works fine for me ... so no need for me to get uppity.

    BREAKING!

    http://www.echosdunet.net/dossiers/dossier_9046_sfr+actualise+son+calendrier+mise+jour+android.html

    end of the post:
"SFR est en train de tester et d'adapter Android 4.0.5 pour Samsung Galaxy Nexus et Google Nexus S par Samsung."

english: SFR is currently testing and adapting Android 4.0.5 for Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Google Nexus S by Samsung.

SO: is seems google distribuited the 4.0.5 update to the carriers already (this is the normal test procedure) and so is ready to release it for the users soon i guess

so sfr delayed it because they need to put their branding **** things for their customer maybe
but what we should care is that the 4.0.5 is ready and we will get it from google soon..probably

I don't have any issues at all.

    Neither do I.

Aside from the fact that I have yet to find and get working the following 2 apps:
    1) An app to eliminate the grease mark left by my fingers; and,
    2) An app to change the casing from plastic to metal.

    :p

Wouldn't we all rather have an update that will be as close to bug free as possible? Or do we all like reading a 100 "OMGZ!!!! the OTA bricked my phone" threads?

Right...... but no OTA with this major bugs bricked my balls ..... :)
