check your USB debug on and connect your phone to PC
run autoflash.bat phone will auto reboot into fastboot mode and flash kernel and rom
after flash finished phone will auto reboot into system

Add:
root
recovery
busybox
wifi and bluetooth fix

If you need gapps you can find it in FXP CM9 thread and flash it via recovery
（press any key on boot at the Sony logo when the notification LED turns Blue,you will enter recovery）

If U unlock bootloader and open usb debug
Decompression the rar first
and U only need connect your phone to PC in normal mod and run autoflash.bat in folder

not much.mine booted in ~2 minutes.




But I don't see gapps. In Settings --> Accounts & Sync there is no option to sync with google account...

This works exactly as expected. After running the .bat I had the new Sony beta, with root and recovery.

Running on Arc S. Very good job, many thanks for making this simple.
