If you need instructions, follow JACxHEROSkiv thread.

To install download one of full builds (1.5.0 or 1.5.1) and than you can use upgrade package.

Changelog:

1.5x - is based on another leaked ROM, which is exactly the same framework and apps as JAC's rom - in general those ROM's are almost identical.

Recommended settings:
swap > 64M
swappiness 80

1.5.4JAC-SKI Upgrade- experimental
This update synchronizes /bin and boot.img to JACHEROski2.1-experimental packed to
non-wipe upgrade for 1.5x.

1.5.3JAC-SKI Upgrade
Kernel upgrade for 1.5x (from 1.5.0 to 1.5.2) including
newest JAC kernel and needed modules.
Updated a2sd script with app renice (priority) - slighly modified to endless loop.

1.5.3CM Upgrade
Kernel upgrade for 1.5x (from 1.5.0 to 1.5.2) including
newest cyanogen kernel and needed modules.
Configuration is left untouched, but you might want to try setting compcache with backing swap.
no multitouch at the moment

1.5.2JAC-SKI Upgrade
- no wipe update for 1.5.0 and 1.5.1
- fixes missing bootscreen for 1.5.1
- upgrades kernel to JAC-SKI from 1.7.2r2 release
- IT'S not a standalone release. It's just upgrade for 1.5.0 and 1.5.1


1.5.1
- based on MoDaCo 1.5.1 with JACHEROSkiv1.6.2r2a
- stripped down
- first boot 10 minutes :p (due to removed odexes)
- two version with and without java/flash
- broken boot logo... black screen during boot is normal...

1.5.0
- based on MoDaCo 1.5.0 with JACHEROSkiv1.6.2r2b
- Deleted 'Learn More' application
- Deleted Maps application - install from the Android Market to always stay up to date
- Added Jbed Java
- Added Business Card Scanner
- Added android-wifi-tether 1.52
- Added spare parts
- ROM now includes 'Plurk' client
- ROM now includes WAP browser
- ROM now includes touch focus in Camera app
- ROM now supports shortcuts using BetterCut (and therefore I assume anycut!) in Rosie
- Updated A2SD (ext3), now runs on initial boot

I don't get much credit for it, as I haven't made a lot of modification. Just a small libs merger and small changes here and there.

If someone's willing to try I suggest it ;)
About speed, I mainly mean Rosie which is amazingly smooth.

loaded and setting up the phone. cant say faster or not yet, but runs smooth for the min or so its been up. Finishing up at work, so i wont be able to really try it till i get home or later tonight when i get back to work...
