There are now official nightlys you should use them http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1710289

This is a nightly build of CM9 from TeamChopsticks http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=26727816#post26727816

as normal if this breaks your device don't blame me as it's a nightly build and might have a nasty bug that made it through.

Do not post any bugs about this build in that thread as it might be a issue with my build process.

I didn't do any of the coding so don't thank me. All I'm doing is building what's in the main cm repo and hosting what comes out the other end and It's wonderful!

Follow the directions in the main thread for flashing.

http://lart2150.com/nightly/skyrocket/latest.php - most recent nightly
http://lart2150.com/nightly/skyrocket/ - list of nightly builds
new builds should show up around 2am central time.

I would advise a full wipe... appolo sound may break if you just update (with last nights build anyway)

Working great so far here, thanks!

EDIT: You guys didn't enable USB storage, BTW. But it works fine when I turn it on.

EDIT 2: android.process.media has stopped error is gone finally. :)

I never had the full out FC of android. process.media, but when playing music regardless of app the music skips and pauses briefly sometimes. Do you think that has to do with android.process.media being wonky on alpha 3 from the thread?

Nightlies? I build every night, and for the past week it hasn't been checked. Sorry didn't mean its never been checked, just more recently.

No, just CM9 in general. That's good to know though.

Yes. I do think it had something to do with that because the error would appear in any of the music apps I was using.

Been playing with it some more. Very, very stable.

Then I should flash the build in OP? I myself don't have a build environment set up; no Linux installation :p Can I set up a build environment in a VM?

Not sure on your specs, but it may take a day or so to build in a vm (if it works). its a pretty intense process... and being a vm may make it miss a java file or two.

You don't have an imei from this build? try either factory reset a few times with format /system, or just wipe /system. should work fine... my build from tonight has imei. (and reflash cm9 and gapps)

sorry, meshed two posts together in my head... haha

Ah I see. Seeing has how my q6600 is starting to kick the can I guess building in a VM wouldn't be a wise idea. Haha. Looks like I will be installing some sort of linux variant in the near future!

Ya I've got a dual core hp laptop I build on, if it finishes the build is perfect, but occasional overheating happens. Not optimal but it'll due till I build my 8-core haha.

This build is working great for me with the exception of in call volume still being low but is a tad louder than alpha 3 was me.
