If You got kdz/tot files, then You should use LG Up instead of TWRP.
During flashing by LG Up You can update (keep current data) or refurbish (clean install).
I suggest to do this way:
1. nand full backup in TWRP (always do before big changes in OS)
2. soft backup of files, apps, sms, etc. (us Titanium Backup or any other backup app)
3. eject SD card
4. flash by LG Up in refurbish mode
5. inject TWRP, make root, switch off
6. insert SD card
7. login to Your google account and let to restore apps, contacts etc.
8. revert missing apps, setting and other thing from your soft backup

Batt life is ok
SOT is 2 hours with 50% batt left
then charge the phone to 100% and next morning batt down to 65%
now i am going to reset the phone hope it will work

yes i am using it since 2 days.It works like a charm.No high temperature and no wakelock,better battery life(not hugh) .Install it from lg up with "refurbish"

If I'm not rooted and bootloade it's steel locked, can I update using LG UP without losing my warranty (I'm stuck in January security patch)? Thanks!!
- Is this the UK version of the update or at least 'English' (or does it not matter)?
- I have a rooted phone (using LG's official unlock) and TWRP - can I simply upgrade, using LG UP etc, and not lose my data?

Right.. Took the plunge (after fully backing up my phone to my SD card - using LG bridge and Titanium backup..
First off. This image is v20H..
Using LG UP v1.14, i used the KDZ file (even though it says BIN in LG UP).
I selected to 'upgrade'..
Worked fine, now on v20h.
As expected, no root and no TWRP..
Next task.. Install TWRP and Re-Root it..

2It was written that its an update about 4g. It says now you can get faster speeds by combining 4g and wifi together. It was about 60 mb.
After the update there is an icon of volte on the notification bar.
I couldnt figure it out how to use wifi and 4g together, I didnt saw an option in everywhere.
Explanation was in Turkish and it was funny.
IT was something like this :
