The Android 7.1.1 "N4F26J" build is slightly newer and it contains newer "radio-angler-angler-03.79.img" than "N4F26I" build ("radio-angler-angler-03.78.img").

BootLoader ("bootloader-angler-angler-03.64.img") is the same in both version.

c.x

EDIT: I flashed "N4F26J" build (security patch level - Jan 5 2017) and everything seems to be good here in Europe...

Going to assume the one with the different radio is for Verizon phones. But I'll wait till it's all clarified before I flash.

Edit: Verizon users on 3.78 bootloader could not leave voicemails (to other verizon users), or call their own voicemail service with Enhanced 4G LTE enabled (VOLTE). Taking a guess 3.79 fixes that.

? Can I go from 7.0 NBD91K to 7.1.1 N4F26J using Flashfire? Rooted, Pixel mods, buildprop edit or two on Verizon.
Do I run Flashfire 2nd time to flash latest radio/modem?
    Thanks much

Yes. You will need to flash a 2nd time for modem.
    1. Using full N4F26J factory image in FF (Flash Firmware Package) select Boot, System, and Vendor partitions only. Under Process Cache-allow cache wipe. Under EverRoot-inject Super SU. Under Reboot-Normal, Preserve recovery. Flash.

    2. When it comes back up, go back to FF, (Flash Firmware Package),select only Modem Firmware. Under Reboot- disable (untick) preserve recovery. Flash.

    3. Now, since FF injects SU 2.78 you should update SU binaries using the SU app, or flash the newest SU 2.79 SR2 (recommend using FF again or TWRP)

    4. Finally, if you had a preferred custom kernel, you can re-install it now. Done.
