Seems like those ready to get their hands on the HTC One in Singapore yesterday (9/3/13) will have to wait quite some time longer. HTC has decided to abort the supposed launch of the One at the Singapore IT Show yesterday without giving any specific reasons. Carriers M1, Singtel and Starhub were getting prepped and ready for the launch with the launch gifts and offers and then suddenly announced that they're no longer offering the phone. And HTC finally responded and said that the One will be delayed until April at the very least. What do you think? Supply issue?
I saw a demo unit at one retailer, and I was kinda happy that we can still set up the number of home screen pages we want and not use blinkfeed, which I think is great. The price tag under the demo phone just wrote "Price to be announced".
