i'm uploading vodafone magic porting, with language fix, wifi working and automatic apn

nk02 has already fixed this in the rom version he made available to vodafone users.

VODA Magic only: Look at this thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=524229 for the rom. WARNING, Some users reported ROM image is malfunctioning. I rebuilt and posted another rom for Vodafon Magics , but I cannot test it myself (no vodafone phone).
Right now, no user reported any feedback about that rom. Please read all the posts in http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=524229 before trying to flash.

You have to use your already flashed rooted recovery (Haykuro's?).
I just added the link to my last post, but BEWARE, ROM is not confirmed to work. The second one I added to that thread is still untested.
I supposed that this is not your first time flshing a rom, so maybe you already have a recovery needed to flash custom roms. Maybe you fastbooted it without flashing.
In case this is your first time, I suggest you to read that thread and wait for a more experienced user's feedback. Nobody has tested the image I uploaded and somebody reported the one in the first post is not correctly worrking.

i Have Rogers Magic and it reboots every 10 sec to splash screen , was gona flash it with Rogers rom agane, what steps i need to do after copying rom to SD card and reboot in fastboot mode , do i need to run commands with CMD mode ?

Oh! I think not.
You need to install the HTC CIME to input Chinese, so I didn't use this rom.
But I use the recovery img to nandroidbackup my TW magic, and upload them here hoping someone kindly have it rooted cuz I'm not that smart to do that.

No is not the first time,but as i already bricked my first magic due to a wrong SPL,i want make sure witch is the proper recovery.img to use with my new magic.

You could restore it first before backup, the factory restore in setting.
