FlashTool is making the package as we speak. Then I'll have to upload it to Mega. Will update the OP as soon as it's ready.

E: Have no clue why the previous package was of the wrong version. I've now re-downloaded it with PCC and made sure it said "10.4.B.0.569" before I downloaded it. Then again, before starting the FTF creation, I checked to see the row "elabel-C6603-row_201310171741.1_10.4.B.0.569.sin" among the files.
Will check the package again in FlashTool before uploading to Mega.

Root the stock rom!

Thx sharing this rom!

I used Doomlords awesome rooting kit for root Access on this firmware!
also found a SUPERSU 4.3 fix zip here on the site. Cant wait for Xposed Frameworks fix for 4.3

Had CM for a good while, grate to be back With Stock firmware!

For those of you who are not aware of it, ^this rooting method is for unlocked bootloaders only.

Correct only pre-rooted no mods etc I made it for myself with THIS

im able to root my device if using the 4.2 stock rom i downloaded from here but not 4.3, i've tried everything i flashed this rom and it worked fine i had it rooted using your 4.2 rom http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2387208 but it just wont root in 4.3
