WARNING CHANGING CSC WILL DO A FACTORY RESET!
Here is an app that hotsync100 made to change CSC when you have the new bootloader in Jelly Bean
Can also be found in my stash

Also reported working with Galaxy Note II on new bootloader

CSC does not change permanently..

As I used this app to change CSC to ORS, all shows OK. (CSC.XEO.zip from Perka)
But if I run the app once again, it does't shows ORS as CSC, but says Sales Code XEO...
If I chceck #*1234#, the result is CSC:I9300OXFBLH1.

I do the same with CSC.Super.Multi.124.zip and now is after reboot Sales Code BTU.
If I chceck #*1234#, the result is CSC:I9300OXADLJ4

I think, this is not OK..
What to do now? How to permanently change to ORS?
