Joe0Bloggs, I found something on doctorproaudio site (my links are blocked by xda).
That did the trick! Thanks! I've been fighting with v4a flashing different zips trying to get it to work all day.I managed to install it. LOL.
Flash the latest zip from [MENTION=3875175]guitartdedhero. then using root explorer, go to
/vendor/etc/
Look for audio_effects.conf and rename it to audio_effects.conf.bak
Launch Viper and install driver. It will take some time but wait it out. If Android says its taking to long, just choose Wait and installation should push through.

As far as I know it's enforcing, but it's not in settings>about phone, so I don't know how to check.

Have the same problem. I couldn't find any tab that influence on incall volumeDoes Viper4Android FX influence the in-call volume? If yes, which section controls it - Phone Speaker? My issue is that the incoming calls are with very low volume and I can barely hear the other person.
Thanks, can never think of that command when I need it. Mine says EnforcingYou can check by typing the following into Android Terminal and tapping Enter:
getenforce
