but if this is true than its kinda dissapointing..tht means still SE r going with 2.1 update tht too in Q4...so no 2.2 ..i hope v atleast get 2.2 in Q1 2011

I doubt they would sign it until the final release version. The pre-release ones would most likely only be usable on development phones.

Maybe this is for the early update firmware and at Sept. will be getting 2.2

It's still good. It means SE is supporting our phones and working on it. This means their giving what customer wants too

Omg can't believe I am seeing this, we can't get a leaked version?
so let's hope it will be released on time, I want to see some live background on my 4'' screen lol.

did you read his post? its in a beta stage, so they are busy adding these thing.
don' know why this should be fake. evrybody knows we are getting this update.

... leak? marketing? it seems that our 2.2 whishes stress SE. good. so the community has to go on
... maybe they have to leak a "root/bootloader - thing" to fight the strong wind which is blowing
... i spoke with a provider representativ and he told me, that the company he is working for, is also angry about SE
because of good hardware/bad software, X10 with 1.6 is bad for their android marketing strategie (against the new iphone) ...
